Ibiza by Night

Well-known throughout the world, the nightlife of Ibiza offers charms and amusements for all types, with not only fashionable venues and bars but a wide variety of activities available in the night time. Everyone can walk through the street markets, discover the local craft and work of the artists who reside in the island, have a drink in one of the many fashionable bars, dance in the famous discos, peacefully enjoy the lively back streets around the port area of the city of Ibiza, lined with street markets, people strolling, and friends talking whilst sipping a drink or they having dinner in the small restaurants.

In the incomparable setting of Dalt Vila (the old town, and now a World Heritage Site), where a profusion of lights crowns the port after dark, highlighting its unmistakable Ibizan splendour, fun and diversion flow in a spontaneous and uninhibited way every night, as though it were always carnival time.

Ibiza city and Sant Antoni are, without doubt, the two places which contain the biggest concentrations of night life, ranging from the avant-garde where you can hear and dance to the latest music, to the pLenasant terraces and bars of the leisure marinas and fishing ports.

It must be said, however, that the nightlife is not just confined to the setting of the Ibizan capital's port. Every holiday resort has its own evening entertainment for all tastes.

A festive ritual repeated until the early hours of every summer morning, developing into a joyous open-air celebration, where enjoyment and amusement reign supreme and surprise is the common denominator. A festival of leisure and of improvisation, with the challenge to be more exhilarating than the night before.

Ibiza by night is more animated than by day. You can start the evening by promenading along the quay admiring the yachts or watching the arrival or departure of the ferries, strolling through the tortuous streets of the old town ( Dalt Vila ) or going shopping.
The harbour area is fully of all kinds of boutiques, where you can find sexy outfits, bathing costumes, cloths. Then go on with a meal in a nice and delicious restaurant, a drink in one of the many fashionable bars or an ice cream on a terrace at the harbour.

After that it is time to watch the parade which announces the delights of the different discotheques, don’t be surprised to see drag queens and other hallucinating disguises.

The Manumission nights at Privilege every Monday have become famous for the sexual exhibitions of their organizers Mike and Claire. Since 1999 they have decided to let others participate in their domain.
We don’t want you to see Manumission only as a simple sex show but as one of the best nights out in Ibiza thanks to the many different ingredients: jugglers, acrobats, go-go dancers, fire-eaters, some sex, overexcited DJs, music from hell….
