on the ground level there is

1 large fully equipped kitchen with a dish washer
1 dining and living area. TV, fireplace and a huge sofa. Direct access to the pool terrace
2 double bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and the other one with a large bed
1 large bathroom with 2 sinks and a very big shower
Washing machine and dryer.

On the upper level there is:
1 master bedroom with a large bed (and a possibility to add a single bed for a child)
1 bathroom with a tub

Automatic gate and private parking.
