Casa Coqueta

Casa Coqueta is a cozy cottage situated in the peaceful countryside between Ibiza and San José, at 5 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes from Ibiza. The closest beaches (Cala Jondal and Sa Caleta are about 3km from the villa):
It is built on a land plot of 7.000 m2 with a Mediterranean garden all around, colorful flowers and surrounded by lots of greenery.

In the back garden there is a 5 x 10m infinity pool with a jacuzzi with sunbeds and umbrellas all around.
There is a porch area with table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy the barbecue and the lovely view of the surrounding countryside.
Outdoor shower and WC.
The villa is built on two levels.

On the ground level there is:
1 large kitchen fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave, dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, and juice maker. The kitchen has a direct access to the garden
1 small storage room with an extra fridge
1 large living and dining room with a sofa, Tv and direct access to the pool terrace
2 double bedrooms, each one with 2 single beds (one room can have the beds attached)
1 full bathroom with a tub
1 laundry room with a washing machine, dryer and iron.

On the upper level there is:
1 master bedroom, with a double bed, private bathroom with a shower and a large terrace overlooking the pool area
1 bedroom with 2 single beds and a separated bathroom with a tub.

The house has an alarm system, WIFI and a large safe deposit
Air conditioning in all the rooms.
