VILLA BOGART is a lovely cottage located in a quiet residential area, 1 km from Jesus, 1.5km from Talamanca beach, 3 km from Ibiza Town (Marina Botafoch, Pacha, Heart, Dalt Villa), 7km from Playa den Bossa (Hi, Ushuaia, Hard Rock) and Las Salinas beach and about 9km from the airport.

The outside area is formed by large terraces, garden, barbecue area, chill out area, private pool and jacuzzi. It’s a very nice area to enjoy with family and friends.

The interior of the house, completely renovated, is composed of 4 double bedrooms with large closets, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living and dining room with a TV and direct access to a lovely covered terrace with a loung area,
and private gym. All finishes and furniture are of very good quality.
