Villa Moro

Villa Moro is a charming villa located in the exclusive urbanization of Calo D’en Real 68.

Located at the end of the complex of exclusive villas right on the seafront…. At 500 meters a small supermarket serves the area and about two km away the beach of Cala Vadella with its restaurants is a point of relaxation and pleasure during the day and in the evening. Ibiza town is about 25 minutes away by car and 10 minutes to reach San Josep de Sa Talaia.

From the entrance of the property there is direct access to the courtyard garden overlooked by the garage, and the bedrooms.

From the courtyard you enter the main body directly from the glass of the living room and large retractable windows both on the courtyard and on the swimming pool and the Mediterranean scrub overlooking the sea. Opening the windows makes the whole thing become an open area that can be lived externally by joining the courtyard, patio and swimming pool.
The house extends only on one floor and is divided into:

A large kitchen with central island and large dining table overlooking the covered porch furnished with a dining table overlooking the sea and the S’Esparta islands, a sofa welcomes you for relaxing sharing the view.
Through a gate in the garden you can access the cliff and continuing on foot you can reach the sea (with rock). A small beach can be reached by a path that crosses the urbanization (about 10 minutes walk from the villa).

1 master suite of 30m2 with large bed, double private bathroom, relaxation area with TV and sofa and direct access to the pool terrace.
1 double master bedroom with small private internal garden, sitting area and TV,

A side staircase leads to the furnished panoramic terrace where you can have an evening aperitif and watch the sunset right in front of your eyes in the summer months and on the right the magical island of Es Vedrà. Electric retractable awnings protect the house in the sunniest moments.
