The most expensive restaurant of the world is located in Ibiza. Sublimotion is its name and it not only offers a gastronomic experience, but it takes you beyond the simple experience of being a diner.
Paco Roncero, famous chef with his two Michelin stars, after reflecting on such idea for two years, has decided to open the doors of Sublimotion in 2014.
Those two years served to Paco Roncero to define the new concept of restaurant, after collaborating with several specialists in several fields
(designers, illusionists, scenographer, architects, screenwriters, etc..).
He took this gastronomic experience to a higher level and converted it in a show never performed before.

Definitely, it is the result of years of study of Paco Roncero who was looking for a space with technology without being invasive, but just as a support of the gastronomy.
Sublimotion was designed to excite our five senses and claims to be a journey that takes us beyond any experience already lived. All this thanks to virtual reality and augmented reality.
A scene on the Orient Express, a visit to an attractive park, a trip to the seabed, there is no limit. Up to 20 scenarios, one for each dish and with its corresponding
changes in temperature, music, flavors, etc. This experience is not made for everyone or for all budgets.
The menu pays 1,650 euros per person.
Only 12 diners are allowed per session
– There is only one table;
– There is only one tasting menu;
– 25 people who only dedicate themselves to this;
The experience lasts about three hours in total.
The restaurant is located at the Hard Rock Hotel of Ibiza in Playa den Bossa, in the municipality of San Josep de Sa Talaia
